<p>I’ll go ahead and answer since I think it was a good question. I would abolish the grading system, that means no grades, no GPAs. All classes would be 100% discussion based (the teacher would lead), and there would be no busy work. The only time a student would be tested on their knowledge of the material would be during exams, which would always have a written/free response component. Thus, the motivation to cheat would be removed, and students would focus more on the quality and breadth of their learning rather than achieving that coveted 4-0. Class sizes would be capped at three. Students would have weekly one-on-one conferences with teachers to discuss the material.</p>
