<p>Icelandic. It has a really interesting history and hasn’t changed as much as English in recent times, so I’d have access to some amazing literature that most of the world can’t get first-hand.</p>

<p>What schools offer Icelandic as a language choice?</p>
<p>Wow, I never looked at that when you answered it. 
That’s so cool. And thanks for the link! I don’t know nearly as much about Icelandic as you though. I’ve only ever skimmed the surface. I need to study it with a lot more depth.</p>
<p>And I imagine you’ll need to do a bit of googling to figure out which colleges offer Icelandic… I bet a lot of them do, probably just not as a major for most schools.</p>
<p>What languages, aside from English, do you think you speak pretty well?</p>
<p>French a little.</p>
<p>And, I don’t really know any Icelandic, like I said its a summer project! But the history of its really cool, it got separated from mainstream Euro. languages pretty early on, so it is a glimpse into the linguistic past. </p>
<p>Do you play any musical instruments?</p>
<p>Yes, it’s amazing! It’s like a linguistic relic. It’s so beautiful.</p>

<p>If you could have written any book, which one would you like to have written?</p>
<p>That’s a really tough question… I can’t really choose. It would probably be either To Kill a Mockingbird, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, 1984, Candide, or The Fountainhead.</p>
<p>If you had the power to alter the past, and get rid of a specific author, so that their books were never published, which author would you choose?</p>
<p>William Shakespeare</p>
<p>He wrote to entertain, I kinda see his work as the CSI or Lost of the time. We put him and his work up on a pedestal and over analyze it and give it way to many layers of meaning. </p>
<p>Plus Julius Caesar blew… and I’m just kind of sick of all the Shakespeare. I mean we do two of his plays a year and ignore so many other great authors.</p>

<p>I analyze. You learn to do it automatically, once you’ve started taking the IB. I can’t even watch movies anymore without trying to find the themes…</p>

<p>O and U umlaut… these are sounds from Hell!!!</p>

<p>Woodrow Wilson Intl. Affairs hopefully…but otherwise maybe philosophy. Undecided as of yet.</p>
<p>What is your sentiment towards airports?</p>
<p>I like them. Nobody ever goes to an airport just to be there. Everybody is there to get somewhere else. It’s like everybody’s mind is already where they should be, and it’s this huge cross-pollination of people going in every direction.</p>

<p>yesh i’ve been ridden in train befores…</p>
