Hi! The other night at dinner, a woman said her brilliant 27-year-old daughter was FINALLY diagnosed by her as an aspie at age 23–never diagnosed by the schools. She has finally found some aspie friends as well. The mom is looking for resources and support as well and I thought I’d ask here about what you all can recommend. The daughter has not ever been able to hold a full-time job or go to college, but is extremely bright; she does have a part-time job. She is currently married to a serviceman, doing his 2nd tour of duty in Afghanistan.
Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions. I will share this thread with the mom.
