Assigning one teacher to more than one schools

Hi everyone,

I’m a high school senior. I’m just wondering when I assign a teacher to more than one schools on Common App, would he/she have to complete different sets of questions for different schools? If that is the case then I would feel really bad for wasting their time…

Usually a teacher writes/submits a single LoR and it gets used for all schools. They only have to submit once.
