Associates of Science & Diploma in 3 years?

Hey, I’m new so not quite sure how this works but I wanted to ask if graduating early with my associates of science and my diploma in 3 years is something noteworthy enough to put on college apps ? I’m currently a junior and I have 4 extracurriculars I’m apart of 3 of which are leadership positions, 2 I founded. 4.0 unweighted GPA and 1520 SAT. Over 300 hours of volunteering so far. My point is that should I mention it or just leave it our and apply with my current stats. Thanks in advance !

You will be applying with both your high school and college course and grade records, so it will be obvious that you have been taking college courses while in high school, and what your expected high school graduation date is.

You could mention the associates degree as well, though it really is not something to play up, since it is not that unusual among high achieving students who have the opportunity to take college courses while in high school.

Which college courses you take does matter. Those which are more advanced than college frosh or AP level may be the most favorable looking ones, assuming that you have the usual expected subjects in the base high school college prep curriculum covered.
