<p>I’m looking at both Arizona State and Nevada, Las Vegas… I would like to major in Business and have heard of both school’s business programs… by the way, I’m from California… And I’m not asking about any California colleges in this thread… what would be your opinion on the two?</p>

<p>Arizona State is better in most aspects. Despite being fairly non-selective, it has a good business program and better name recognition.</p>
<p>ASU is one of those schools with a very wide range of students in terms of ability and motivation. You’ll find everything from the most marginal students needing extensive remedial courses to the top students who will go on to the top PhD programs in their majors.</p>
