At Naval Academy, construction crane could be school mascot

Nothing says “construction” like piles of rebar waiting to be cast in concrete. And right now there’s a lot of rebar piled around the Naval Academy.</p>

<p>The federal government is spending $47 million to build the new Wesley Brown Field House, and $24 million to rehab King Hall, the school’s 1953 dining facility…
