<p>As part of a long-standing commitment to higher education in science and technology, AT&T Labs offers two programs to graduate students: summer internships and three-year (ALFP) fellowships.</p>
<p>Each summer, research interns from universities all over the U.S. come to AT&T Labs Research to work with individual technical staff members on research projects for 10 weeks</p>
<p>Internship eligibility qualifications:
Currently enrolled, or planning to enroll, in a graduate school program leading to a PhD.
Major field must be in computer science, math, statistics, electrical engineering, operations research, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.
Students must have a U.S. social security number. U.S. citizenship or residency is NOT a requirement.</p>
<p>ALFP eligibility qualifications:
US citizen or permanent resident.
Female or member of a minority underrepresented in science fields (Hispanic, African-American, or Native American).
Senior graduating in the current academic year or in their first or second year of grad school.
Currently enrolled, or planning to enroll, in a graduate school program leading to a PhD.
Major field must be in computer science, math, statistics, electrical engineering, operations research, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.</p>
