<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I am a pretty good tennis player but I’m not good enough to get recruited. I do compete and am captain of my school’s varsity, but I don’t imagine I’ll make college varsity. If I just want to play club sports, do I still have to fill out the NCAA Clearinghouse form?</p>
