<p>The coach of a college sports team is requiring me to do a personal statement to be considered for the team. However, the guidelines were vague in terms of length- they just told me in an email to do a statement about why I want to attend that particular institution, and my thoughts about playing a sport in college. How long would you suggest I make it? Do you think 250-300 words is enough, since I already have to do an additional supplement for this institution on common app?</p>
