<p>I want to purchase a tablet or iPad that has a camera (with great zoom) but that still allows me to perform other tasks, such as connecting to the internet, downloading apps, you know the essential tools. I need it to take pictures of my friend for graduation. </p>
<p>Also I am kind of on a budget, so please make suggestions of electronics 200 and under. </p>
<p>Lastly, can photos be saved onto computers (laptops) and USB drives from iPads or tablets or do I need a memory card and device to save the pictures</p>
