<p>I’m a drum major for my marching band. This will be my first and last year, so I will try to make the best of it. And after watching myself countless times on camera (taping myself)… I realized my fundamentals aren’t as good as I thought they were.</p>
<p>If anyone can PM me, I can send them a Youtube link of me conducting to my show this year. I need critique - people are saying they can read my downbeat, but I want to be as perfect as possible so I need to be able to do more.</p>

<p>I’m not sure if this is the correct place to put this topic, but since you are all music majors/hopefuls I hope that at least one of you has the necessary experience to properly give me advice. I’m trying to be the best I can be but it’s going to be a long road.</p>
<p>And if you’re wondering, I’ve practiced for hours and hours. Yet there’s always something missing…</p>
