AU Access/AUSOM login error?

DD was excited to receive her acceptance letter yesterday. This afternoon she tried to go online to complete the scholarship application via AUSOM. She went to AU access to activate her account as instructed in the letter, with the userid supplied in the letter. When she enters her userid, it comes back with a page that says, “Server Error in ‘/MyAccount’ Application.” So, she’s pretty much stumped. Any thoughts? The letter is dated 10/25/16, so it seems like if they’re giving her a userid, it should be active in the system by now. I suggested she try again tomorrow, and if it doesn’t work, call them. Just wondering if anyone else ran into this.
