<p>That used to happen with our Volvo and it seemed to be caused by not having the transmission truly in Park. We would shift in and out of Park numerous times while also moving the steering wheel as MomLive said. In our case, I believe this problem originated when my D spilled a milkshake the gear shift. Or was it a latte?</p>
