<p>If you have pending loans, you can request a deferment until they are posted. Just contact financial aid in advance.</p>
<p>So I know that USC considers the cost of books and supplies as well as transportation and personal expenses into the cost of attendance. If the majority of the COA is funded by USC, does that mean they also funded that as well? Or does the EFC include all of the above?</p>
