Austin community college professor

Hi

Has anyone taken ACCT 2301 intro to financial accoutning with LEA SANDOZ at Austin Community college

Can you please comment on this professor, teaching style, testing, bonus/extra credit
What was your over view

Any feedback would be appreciated

P.S I have looked at rating websites pickprof.com and myedu.com

Overall gotten mixed reviews

Intro to accounting is simple. It shouldn’t matter who the professor is.

Matter of fact, it shouldn’t matter for any course. Go in there, do your homework, study, pass the tests and you’re good.

Don’t listen to people who say to you “He/she is terrible, I feel sorry for you”. Play the hand you get dealt and deal with it. Study hard, pass, move on.

Mixed reviews generally mean hit or miss. chances are you will do fine unless the subject itself is uninteresting to you, in which case havin to take it might make you resent the prof and write a bad review on some dinky little site

Are you kidding me kid? You are asking the entire world if they have taken a specific proefssor? At a community college no less.

It’s almost as crazy as asking the world to tell you if you will get into MIT or not.

I had her for ACCT 2302 Managerial Accounting. She is not hard but somewhat boring with lectures strictly based on powerpoint presentations. Reed Peoples is the one you should take. He is a fantastic lecturer who will teach you the logic to think through the material rather than try to memorize.
