Hi! I’m a current undergrad student at a community college and am looking to transfer to the U of A in the spring! I was a student at the U of A my first semester of college and got very sick and had to come home for treatment. During my time away, I took classes at Richland Community College and failed a class which left me with a GPA of 2.25. I am retaking the class this semester and hope to bring the GPA up with the other classes as well.
My question is: will the F affect my admissions even though the U of A offers automatic admission for transfer students with a GPA of 2.00?
Follow up question: Should I wait to send in my transcripts until my reattempt grade shows up or go ahead and send it now with my application?
