Hello everybody and thanks for reading this thread. I seem to be in this dilemma of whether should I apply REA next year or not. I have done OK on academics, but I think I have great EC’s. I founded and still manage an internet company which makes just above $3500 a month (SEO Service and making money from ads). I love making blogs and forums. I already own two forums (one football and the other basketball), and they are pretty large in terms of members and activity. I love blogging and writing about sports, especially about my favorite teams. One of my blogs (which is the only ‘real’ blog (not auto-typed or depends on rss feed)) is about a NBA basketball team. I personally blog about them and the blog receives decent amount of traffic (ranked third in the second page of the keyword). I am also on varsity track, cross country, and jv volleyball.

I have done over 400 service hours (Red Cross, Elementary school tutoring, assistant basketball coach at my junior high school, volunteered at the hospital). I am also a member of the Key Club and year Book Committee. My course load is some what “light” ( I know, I need to take a rigor schedule). I am Chaldean, attend an all-boys Catholic High School in San Diego, and family income of $110,000 +. Here are my grades:

As you can see, I have yet to take an AP/Honors class. I am planning next year to stack up my schedule. My question is if I end the second semester strong, and stack up my schedule for next and perform well, should I apply for REA or wait for that extra semester to boost my gpa? Thanks in advance and good luck with your colleges! :)
