Average scores on Subject test hurt my chances?

<p>I took the math 2 and us history subject tests and got 660 and 690 respectively. Im applying to the NYU steinhardt music tech program which does not require subject tests. But if i do send in my subject tests, will it hurt my chances then help me?</p>
