Average student - future prospects?

Also, do you think it’s better to major in something you like and get good grades in it, or major in a field that has good job prospects but don’t do as well in the classes? An example would be if I were to major in English and get a 3.5+ average (was actually thinking about it) or, say, do engineering and get < 3.0 gpa.

<p>Well, it seems like you are majoring in something that you are not getting that good grades in but also does not have good job prospects, getting the worst of both of your hypothetical choices, so either of your hypothetical choices would be an improvement.</p>
