<p>One “D” shouldn’t kill you. Multiple D’s would be a problem. Add to this you retook the course, and Aced it. I wouldn’t sweat the one grade, besides, there’s nothing you can do about it.</p>
<p>Overall, your stats would seem to place you within Cornell’s target pool. People with these stats get in, people with these stats get rejected. It’s worth your applying. Nothing you’ve said so far would suggest that you don’t have at least an average shot at admittance. Good luck.</p>
