<p>Hello guys guys i’m from brazil and i’m helping my brother with his college research.His GPA is 3.2 TOEFL=260 CBT he wants major in Science(geography) no SAT…He would like to go to :california texas , florida ,Illinois,NY,PA he prefer big cities…(Not very expensive tuition)

Hunter college NYC
University of alberta Canada ( accepted but did no like)
University of toronto( according to them waitlist)

FSU
UCLA( too expensive)

<p>no chance at UCLA, Texas. Very little shot at FSU, probably same for UGA.</p>
<p>Because of the grades…believe me when it cames to international students it’s all about the money…</p>
