When are you starting college?
If you are starting next fall, it’s quite conceivable that the international student office won’t start processing I-20s until May. Student visa applications can’t be processed more than 120 days before the start of classes anyway.
If you are starting in the summer term, I would reach out to the international student office and ask. Ideally, you would start your student visa application soon, which (as you surely know) you can’t do until you have your I-20 in hand…
