My son is looking for a pilot job but is having a really hard time.
He is Graduating in May from UND with his CFII rating and 400 total flying time. He has been applying to any pilot jobs he qualifies for with no luck. He told me that his friends are having the same problem. Where did all the demand for low time pilots go? What advice would you give him?
How do you keep your kids motivated when they cant find a job? I dont want to stress him out, but Im concerned. Anyone out there whose kid is experiencing the same issue?
