<p>We have had continuous problems with the accuracy of our MEFA loan. Their forms are wrong; the phone reps are unaware of the terms of their payment plans; they do not respond to written communications; they do not follow the terms of their own Promissory Note, and so on and so on. Our child’s school really pushed this lender, and I wished they hadn’t. The terms of the loan are not that good, and the hassle is unending. Don’t make our mistake, save yourselves!</p>
