I’ll be interning with a company for the second time this summer. It’s a great opportunity but it’s in a relatively unknown industry and they gave me an exploding offer this past September. While I’m grateful for the offer since it comes with great perks (mentorship, housing stipend, good pay). I was pretty upset since at that point I had made it through the first rounds for Goldman and was in the process of setting up interviews for JP Morgan, Citi, and Morgan Stanley. I really want to be able to explore my options more for full time since this is my last summer where I can intern before graduating in 2019. I did a lot of programs for rising juniors that accelerate interview process.
What more can I do to avoid being trapped in a decision since they gave out full time offers to junior interns in basically a July (mostly verbal)?
