I get this whenever I check Financial Aid. Does that mean that I did not get any money?

Yes. It is highly likely that you did not receive any scholarship. However, I would email NYU and ask just to be sure.

This applies to all financial aid, so I would assume it means your award is not available to view yet (same here). Even if you got nothing, there would be some sort of official document telling you so.

Hello, everyone. I called the office of Financial Aid, and this is why I had the issue: I hadn’t listed my social security number on the application, therefore they couldn’t download the FAFSA and CSS profile on time. She then asked me for my social security number, saying that now the files would be downloaded and a Financial Aid package would be set up for me. She assured me that this should in no way impact the amount of my Financial Aid/Scholarships, since the FAFSA and CSS profile were both submitted on time. In case you are U.S. citizens and still have the ‘‘Award access not available’’ message, you might want to call them and ask if any details are missing etc.

Awesome news, @Matiss !!! Congrats!!!
