So the school I applied to requires either full SAT OR ACT testing records. I always sent my free score reports to the school, and I had sent them my ACT, SAT, and one SAT subject test.
In June I took more subject tests, but I did not feel like I did well on them, so I didn’t use the free reports - I figured if I did well I would just pay to send them later.
As I expected, I did good (700s) on one test, but my others were awful, so I decided that I would not send them and choose to send my full ACT record instead. On the common app I said I would be reporting my full ACT record and not any SAT scores (so I didn’t report any SAT scores). However, the other day I was looking at my applicant portal on the university website, and I saw that under my scores were my SAT and the original one subject test, probably from my previous score reports (these were both from sophomore year).
So, now I’m afraid that they’ll find out I didn’t send my other SAT subject tests and think I was trying to cheat my way in. I was in no way trying to be dishonest, I just wanted to use my ACT scores only, which they said I could do. Will the fact that I chose “only reporting ACT” on my common app make up for this? Or am I completely at a loss.
I know this is a confusing story, but I’m super worried.
