It’s nearing the end of the semester and it’s looking more and more likely that I won’t be able to pull up my B in Calc 3 (Dual Enrollment). All my classes this year are 6.0 classes and besides Calc, I should get an A. Do you think that B will kill my chances at highly selective colleges such as the Ivy League?
A lot of things can “kill” your chances at very selective schools. But having all As your 7th semester or not having all As your 7th semester won’t be the single deciding factor.
Since you can’t change it – what will you do? Suddenly decide NOT to apply to one or more of those schools? Really.
Put another way, if any Ivy League college rejects you for one B, I highly doubt they would have accepted you with all A’s.

So in other words, I’ll get rejected either way? Lol. That’s the Ivy League for you.

Just one more question if you don’t my asking. Should I try to present the same part of myself (same essays, style, tone, etc) to each college I apply to or should I mix it up between colleges? Which would give me a better chance of admission, generally speaking?
Offer your single best picture to every college (according to their requirements, of course). They evaluate independent of each other. If you feel one school requires special tailoring, fine. But don’t switch up stuff just to switch up stuff.
The idea is to present your true self in the best light possible. There is no need to change that from college to college.
