Zoe’s shower is in late March and Cookie is due in March? With twins so they are likely to be early? Ooh, it will be tricky to keep the noise down while they are napping.
I think it is wonderful that Cookie had a nice shower, that her parents and sister are helping her, that her relatives made special gifts. What the family does about living arrangements is up to them. I know many, including my own, who would be thrilled to have 4 grandchildren close by, no matter how crowded.
Some children, including my own, don’t (didn’t) need silence to nap. My daughter could sleep through anything (and with six legos on her mattress, hot or cold, lights on or off). My friend’s children drank bottles cold from the fridge. Children are adaptable.
Best of luck to all–you are a very caring aunt and Maria and Oscar sound like good folks! Many infants seem to like noise and sleep well through a whole lot! Love is the big thing!
