I am currently pursuing a 3 year software engineering degree but my first choice was a mechatronic engineering undergraduate degree but couldn’t pursue due to it being more expensive.I was hoping to do my Masters in mechatronic/robotic engineering but nearly all the universities I looked at need an actual engineering undergraduate degree for that. This really disheartens me that I won’t be able to pursue at least a mechatronic/robotic engineering masters degree.I was hoping to do my masters right after I finished my bachelor’s and I don’t have time or the money to do prerequisite courses to even have a chance of doing an engineering masters.Does anyone know of great universities that allow software engineering undergraduates to do masters in Mechatronic/Robotic engineering?
Are you an international student?
Are you looking to get your Master’s in the US?
I’m from sri lanka and im looking to do my masters not specifically in the US due to higher cost of living and all…
This website is primarily intended for students seeking admission to US colleges. Unfortunately, I don’t think anyone here will be able to offer guidance on Sri Lankan institutions.
Are there other countries you’re considering?
Yeah eventhough im from sri lanka im planning to go abroad for masters…maybe a country in Europe or maybe Australia
