I come from Iraq, I moved to South Carolina, US 4 years ago.
As many people know Iraq has been messed up for a while now, and the education along with life quality and other things are terrible.
I have been doing really good in school, top 10 people in my class, 5.0 weighed GPA, 4.0 unweighed, all AP classes, all A’s.
And my family is considered low income here in the US (less than $19,000 total income).
So I was wondering if colleges would consider that someone has done a pretty good job in school considering these rough conditions.

Also if you would take a look at my other question here

regarding how I should look at the cost of attending college.
