<p>I am hearing that the ivy league has come down hard on the applications of students they suspect were “overcoached” in preparing their personal essays. Apparently, the essay on the writing portion has provided a basis for comparison. Can anyone confirm or deny this?</p>
<p>Well, if the essay does not reflect the rest of the application, then it’s a little obvious mommy and daddy helped out. But for Ivies, must applicants are pretty capable of producing great essays.</p>
