Bad 9th and 10th grade GPA but decent 11th grade GPA. School options?

Hey all. I am an international student, and during my 9th and 10th grades I didn’t try that hard in school :/. I had an 8.5/10 (this was our scoring system) which translates to approximately 3.5 GPA (we did have like 20 subjects though, and we could not chose them, so my grades were acc pretty good in the school itself). Anyways, I took on the IBDP programme and right now in my 11th year I am predicted a 42/45. I am doing well. I wanted to ask you if I would have a chance at t20s US colleges? Maybe even a few ivy’s? Obviously I will need to keep that 42/45 predicted throughout my 12th year, but I believe I could do it. So I was wondering would my 8.5 (3.5GPA) in earlier grades affected my application negatively? Or would colleges see this as a sign of growth haha :D. I just want your opinion because I do not know what I am doing. Also, I have pretty good extracurricular and will be test optional.
