So I got a 3.27 freshman year and a 4.0 sophomore year. If I get a 4.0 next year will colleges neglect that poor first year. I’m aiming for schools at like Tufts level
They’ll consider the bad sophomore year but if you continue to do well the upward trend will show you’ve matured since freshman year.
FWIW, at the Tufts info session I went to they repeatedly mentioned that they look for an upward trend.
