<p>Is turning in requested tax forms mid to late Feb bad timing?</p>

<p>Actually, I see that I had received our federal refund exactly this time last year so I must have filed a few weeks earlier last year. Oh well.</p>

<p>As long as you completed the forms with estimates on time, you can provide your actual numbers and tax returns even in April- we have always completed ours in April.</p>

<p>Of course, you may see a change in your fin aid package numbers if you did not estimate well, so you would want to do it as soon as possible the year you are choosing a school so you have actual finaid packages on which to base your decision</p>
