<p>Former UMd QB graduating this may and will transfer and play 2 years for UW. Was a frosh All-American and a solid talent. Another Russell Wilson–that would be asking too much. But WAY better than any healthy guy on the team right now. Makes a Rose Bowl 3-peat more possible. </p>

<p>Huge pickup for the Badgers. O’Brien played in a very similar system that Wisconsin plays. Should be a fun two years. Biliema already liked the team he had, it just gets much better. Thought he would commit after his visit when he said that Madison was “unbelievable.” Can’t agree with him, that’s why I’m trying to go there.</p>
