Baldwin Wallace Transfer

I recently applied to Baldwin Wallace University [Berea, Ohio] for the call 2017 term. I currently go to a community college and received an email earlier asking me to send a midterm progress report so they can evaluate my current spring grades instead of waiting till May.

I know that every school is different but if they tell you that the midterm report will help to see if im eligible for a scholarship.

I never applied to a university before so correct me if I’m wrong: if they mention the scholarship without accepting me does that mean I might have a good chance? Or is it just a familiarity that they send. Since it is pretty late and the deadline date is May 1 [to hold your spot] and if I don’t get accepted i will most likely go to the cc for another year and reapply.

I’m just nervous and scared because my highschool grades were a mess [due to medical problems and my lack of motivation] but last semester I got a 3.75 and this semester i currently have all a’s in my classes [I’m in two honor classes and two regular. I wasn’t able to sign up for the honor society but i was planning on doing it next semester if i stay]

I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense but with finals and everything coming up I’ve been consumed with anxiety over this.

Once again I’m probably wrong but I just wanted to know from personal experience.

I say that you should feel proud about your accomplishments post-high school and submit your mid-term grades accordingly. Perhaps they’re going to use the information for scholarship purposes, or for admission purposes to see if you can hold your own academically at the college level. Either way, your transcripts will show them that you are a good candidate.

Try not to stress…

Thank you! I just sent to and now all i have to do is wait to hear back. I’ll try to not stress
