<p>i think it’s close to 1 in 4. depends more on how much the person is needed, how dedicated they seem, etc. other than that i don’t know much about it.
seeing as he is percussion, i think he’d have a good chance (the more drums, the louder we are!) i don’t know if snare is competitive… cymbals aren’t, they’ll take as many people that want to do it.
