Anyone else apply, and if so, what market? Any Alum from previous years available for input on their application and experinces?

Central Florida region. I have been trying to find out if there is any “Regions Map” of some sort. I am curious as to what is considered a region.
Hello! Has anyone gotten into this program yet? I applied from the Los Angeles area, so I know my chances are pretty slim, but just to see lol

I haven’t heard back either, does anyone know when results are set to come out? If not, let us know when you get an email!
I believe if anyone makes it through to the next round, they should hear back by the end of March.
I also applied from Mass, I didn’t get an interview request though. Did you?

Are the different markets based off the county you live in?
Sort of but not really, in mass there are 2 markets: Worcester and greater boston. Worcester takes 2 and GB takes 5. But I’m assuming within GB they probably wouldn’t take more than one person per county, but also there are too many counties and too few seats, so some counties will have 0 student leaders
I’m learning that all markets/regions are subjective. Many areas combine counties to create a “region”.
So Boston area will be treated differently from rural Florida, etc.
I’m in the Maryland market and it’s just radio silence and its killing me 
Anybody received any updates? In 2024, the results were released on March 25.

I got an email today about the status of my application. I got denied but I hope you guys get in !!!
Unfortunately I was rejected. BOA said they received more than 12,000 applications. Not sure how it breaks down to each market though. Good Luck to those moving on in the process. Please let us know what you experienced and the results.
