I’m a half-Japanese student born in Tokyo, Japan and a senior in high school in the US. Although I am native fluent in spoken Japanese I have become more proficient in English from living in the US for most of my education and therefore am planning on going to an U.S. BArch program. What schools/programs may be good for working in other countries (in my case Japan) and what should I do to prepare in advance?
So far I am planning on applying to Cal Poly, IIT, USC, Carnegie Mellon, and RPI.
My gpa is not so great at around 3.5
My SAT scores for CR: 650 Math: 750
My ACT scores cumulative: 28
I’ve also competed and won “Best of Class” in a county-wide student architectural CAD contest (if that’s worth anything)
please give any recommendations, insight
thank you.

also, is looking at the mid 50% stats of a high ranking architecture school an accurate representation of the difficulty of acceptance? so far i’m guessing a no…
