Waitlist for my daughter! I feel it’s an honor and she agrees. She has a safety she fell in love with, though, so she feels good about things either way. Will send a LOCI, most likely.
Accepted! Thrilled for my daughter, who was also admitted to Colby. A great day during a stressful and heartbreaking week. We’re under lockdown, so D20 is going to celebrate by baking a cake and frosting it with her favorite icing.

same situation here. I’m an international student with no other citizenship aside from my birth country - it makes me wonder if they sent out more waitlist offers this year because they are afraid that international students would be unable to travel/get visas.
My daughter got her acceptance letter today and last month received a likely letter! Yay! She is in! We are super excited!

Super excited!! I got in!!! I literally jumped out of my chair! Barnard is in my top 5 so I am beyond thrilled. 32 ACT and good extracurriculars, but what made the difference was my essays!
