that’s what I thought too, hope that is the case. the anxiety and anticipation surrounding results is killing me lol. hope for the best for all of us

that’s the current theory, but nothing is known for sure. last year, they sent out an email a few days before with the official date (no time), so they might send an email in the next few days!
Last year they sent out an email about the date on the 8th so we’ll probably hear something this weekend.
Last year they sent out the email with the date that they would ed released on the eighth, so we will know soon. Award letter day is set in stone on the 15th (you can see this when you log into your CSS profile) so it seems most likely that decisions will come out on Wednesday the 11th since they’ve been on Wednesdays the past couple years and they space out award letter day and decision day. There’s literally no way I’m gonna be accepted and the closer we get to the decision date the more devastated I am. It’s very weird because I approached the entire process with such confidence, but I’m an abysmal student with bad grades and really nothing noteworthy about me or my background. I wish I had never even heard of Barnard, honestly. :’(

@Lquren my counselor submitted my mid year report last Tuesday and two days later I emailed to inform them that it is submitted, but until now on my portal still shows “awaiting.” (it shows downloaded on my CommonApp the day after my counselor submitted it tho) now I’m just super worried why they still haven’t updated my portal…
My guess would be that they tried to remove the option to submit a mid-year report from everyone’s portal because they don’t intend to review those before decisions come out, but something went wonky and some people still see the option to submit it even though that option isn’t really available. That’s probably why they haven’t marked it as “submitted” - they might not know that it’s still on your portal.

If the 2023 ED thread is any indication, it was the 7th last year, which was the Friday before decisions were released, which in theory would have been yesterday…maybe we’ll get it on Monday?
