did anyones midyear report request get removed from their portal?
@harrypotterluv Yes, this was removed from my D20s portal as well. I don’t know what it means, though.
Mine was removed as well, but they did send an email last week asking for my first quarter grades, so I doubt it’s a bad sign. Maybe they omitted it because we’re ED applicants and most of us won’t have a mid-year report by the time decisions are out, though I wonder why they opted to make that change now of all times.
Does anyone know when they will release ED decisions? In years past it has been the second Wednesday of December (last year it was the 14th and this is year it looks like it could be the 11th). I am just curious if it will be out before December 15th deadlines!
Yes, not uncommon at all - and certainly possible. Of course, it depends on how “hefty” the majors are.
My daughter is currently on-track with a double-major plus a minor - and likely won’t get near any 19 credit ceiling. Since Barnard doesn’t have a rigid “core” she was able to take relevant classes, or classes of interest, that also fulfilled one or more general education requirements. She also had 8 AP classes to transfer in, and her summer abroad in a Columbia program added credits to her minor.

I’m wondering the same thing about when ED decisions are released! I definitely hope they come out sooner rather than later. All of this waiting has been killing me!
Last year they released on the 12th so I guess this year they’ll release on the 12th or 13th? I’m so nervous right now. But good luck everyone!!
Hello! fellow ed applicant here. Does anyone know when they’ll or when they tend to announce when they’re releasing ed admissions decisions? As in, will they email to tell us “admissions decisions are coming out on December blank”?
Just curious—did anyone’s mid year grade report NOT get removed from their portal? According to Barnard’s Office of Admissions, people accepted early decision don’t have to submit their midyear report. I’m just trying to figure out if everyone’s midyear report got removed or not.
@Lquren My mid-year grade report was removed, but it’s most likely just a glitch that some were removed and some weren’t. Especially because it’s December, I think we’re all becoming anxious. Let’s hope decisions are posted soon! Good luck to everyone!! 
@Lquren I don’t really know , but also if people is rejected they don’t have to submit midyear report , or if they are deferred they will want to see the midyear report.
Yeah so my counselor sent in my first marking period last Monday, and they never uploaded it to the portal so today after Thanksgiving break he personally emailed my admissions counselor and the general email and they replied that they got it and updated the portal, this was at about 12:30 pm. But they sent me an email requesting the grades almost two weeks ago because my school took a while to process them.
Oh god I can’t keep waiting!! So apparently sometime next week but idk if that is true. I have friends applying to brown and cornell, and those come out the 13th (friday) and the 15th (sunday)
Good luck everyone. I might call the admissions office and ask if they removed everyone’s, so I’ll report back.

I’ve heard that online they come out the Wednesday before the 15th and you get the letter the 15th. I hope this is true- the sooner the better (fellow ed applicant who has been lurking on this thread for a while lol)
