Barron's Math IIC, too easy?

I bought the barron's book and to be honest I'm surprised.

Maybe it's cause I have a TI-89, and know how to use it, but I've been getting consistent "excellent" on the model tests. Is Barron's book easier than the actual thing? That's what it feels like to me at least. Should I just buy another book or move on to studying Chem and Writing?

No it's definitely harder, so if you're doing well, that's great!

Did you know Magoo?

umm... negative?

ah sorry. He was a member here a while back.

people used to IM me and ask me if I was him... I was confused.

lol kinda funny that you came up with a similar name though. He was a bit of a legend I guess.

So, should I get a different book? also what's good for chem. There are the books I have:

Barron's Math IIC
Barron's Chem (It's old, do I need a newer one? It has the T/F section though)
Kaplan Writing
Real SAT IIs (I'm not opening this until the day before the tests)

Wow ur a frikkin genius to be acing Barrons
i got owned (like 35-40 / 50) on barrons
but i still got an 800 on kaplan, Real Sat II, and the actual thing

Chem: Kaplan is great! Also, chem honors textbooks are great
dont use an AP one

I suggest kaplan because of its organization - barrons is so cramped!
but get barrons or borrow it for the practice tests.

I got completely owned. In the first test, I got 20 questions wrong. In the second test I got 10 wrong. But I wrote all these tests the night b4. I ended up getting 800 Math IIC. So, if you're donig wel in Barron's, youre going to ruckus Math IIc.

I got a raw score of 30 without studying...(I am in Calculus BC, already took AB) and i know how to use the calculator really good!!! ;) even more than my calculus teacher, lol
I am for sure gonna study, I need that major

Heh. You had a great luck, if You got excellent on Barrons since they make mistakes...

2+4 a) 2 b) 4 c) 6 d) 8 e) 10 >> Barrons have: correct answer a) 6.
