Barron's Physics 07 vs. May 07 SAT II

Barron’s has a reputation of being ridiculously harder than the real SAT II (ie. IIC), but did anybody feel that the new Barron’s Physics book was about the same difficulty as the real deal?

I found there to be more calculations in Barron’s practice tests, but they were really easy calculations (like mgh). Either CollegeBoard reached a new threshold if they’re giving tests at this difficulty or Barron’s has gotten easier.

Also, while I’m posting…if anybody did use Barron’s, did you see the illumination = intensity/distance^2 equation? Did anybody get tripped by that on the SAT II? I’m pretty angry about that right now.

Your fault for depending on a review book. ;P

yea… im still rather fustrated about the light intensity thing. but i agree with you, the may physics test was insanely difficult
