<p>Greetings! </p>
<p>My name is Dr. Jacqueline Wilson and I am the new bassoon instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. I would like to invite everyone to check out our studio blog to see some of the exciting new developments going on in the bassoon studio at UWEC ([The</a> University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Bassoon Studio](<a href=“http://blugoldbassoons.blogspot.com/]The”>http://blugoldbassoons.blogspot.com/)) including visiting guest artists, bassoon ensemble, a weekly studio seminar, and a weekly reed class. The UWEC reed room is fully equipped for students to produce reeds from tube cane, and there are many performance opportunities including a wind symphony, symphony band, symphony orchestra, and chamber ensembles.
I would like to invite prospective bassoon students to explore what the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire bassoon studio has to offer and encourage them to be involved. They are welcome at any time to come visit, to observe lessons, ensembles, seminar or reed class, and of course, to have a free private lesson with me.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Dr. Jacqueline Wilson
