I am currently a student at my local community college and I am planning to transfer into Baylor University. Baylor’s line camp seems great on paper but I don’t know if the $95 are worth it. I have only heard good news from some of my friends who currently attend Baylor and I am actually considering it since friendship bonds are formed and whatnot. I am also wondering if I will stick out since I will be a sophomore transfer student and in past years the Baylor Line was only restricted to incoming freshmen. Any information would be helpful.

I would be sure to go if you can! You might make friends that will last you for years, at the least you will meet people you will be seeing around campus. You will have a great time getting to know the campus and you will also learn many of the traditions that are important to Baylor Bears, which will make you feel like you are part of the community-- especially important given you are entering as a sophomore. If you know who your roommate is then maybe you can go to the same line camp. (my daughter had met a roommate through the facebook page, I’m not sure when they send out the roommates if you don’t pick one yourself)
