<p>The first 3 blue book tests were administered in October 2006, January 2007, and May 2007.</p>
<p>I believe the same test is given throughout the United States on any given test date, with the exception of the essay prompt. There is a different “international” version, as well as a “Sunday” version for students whose religious beliefs preclude testing on a Saturday.</p>
