BBA @ Community College

I am thinking about going to scholl this Fall Semester. My hours were cut at my Full Time Job.

My question is, does it matter greatly if I get a BBA from a community college when I start looking for a job versus a University? Will I be able to land a good job with a degree from a Community College? Also, what is the best area of concentration when going to school? Finance, Economics, Account Operations Management…?

When answering, keep in mind I work FT (at a good job) from 5 to 2, have a family of 4 so schedule is not flexible.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, the name / prestige / reputation of your school ALWAYS matters for almost anything and everything. How much does it matter? That varies depending on countless factors. However, any accredited non-online, non-profit four year degree is better than being without a four year degree. So if the community college is your only option…

This is the Program and School.

I’m really debating on puruing a BBA or just going to a Tech school for Networking or Accounting but wonder if I could transfer after the Associates.

I know I would like to do something while I have the time.

Are other schools too far away? If you’re interested in networking or accounting, why not just get a BS in Computer Science or BBA in Accounting (somewhere else that offers one or both of them)?
